The invention discloses a method and tool for treating a leakage event of a secondary grouting hole of a shield tunnel. The adopted tool structurally comprises a tool base, a first ball valve, a connecting piece, a second ball valve and a grouting pipeline which are connected in sequence, wherein the aperture of the first ball valve is larger than that of the second ball valve, and the second ball valve is connected with a grouting machine through the grouting pipeline.
