The connecting method comprises the following steps that firstly, steel box columns are pre-buried; secondly, supporting units are welded; thirdly, the connecting bodies and the supporting units are lifted, and the supporting units is welded to the steel box columns; fourthly, micro-expansion concrete is poured into an inner cavity of an inclined support; fifthly, the operation in the fourth step is repeated, and grouting operation is conducted on the remaining inclined supports in sequence; sixthly, friction pendulum bearings are placed on a horizontal support, and the connecting bodies are located on the friction pendulum bearings; and seventhly, a frame column and a structural main body are poured, and elastic pieces are installed between the structural main body and the connecting bodies.
