The unmanned sanitation vehicle comprises a shell framework, a structural framework, at least one sweeping device, an absorption and compression device, a dust removal device, a disinfection device and a whole vehicle controller. The whole vehicle controller is arranged in the structural framework, electrically connected with the sweeping device and the absorption compression device and used for controlling work of the sweeping device and work of the absorption compression device.
