Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention discloses a self-biased flexible magnetoelectric composite film, a sensor and a preparation method of of the composite film. The self-biased flexible magnetoelectric composite film comprises a magnetostrictive material and a piezoelectric material, the magnetostrictive material is CoZnxFe2-xO4, and the piezoelectric material is P(VDF-TrFE). In the embodiment of the invention, CoZnxFe2-xO4 nanoparticles have relatively high saturation magnetization intensity, so that the magnetic phase in the magnetoelectric composite material can be enhanced, and a relatively high magnetoelectric voltage signal can be obtained. The CoZnxFe2-xO4 nanoparticles have relatively high residual magnetization intensity, so that the magnetoelectric composite film can generate a self-bias phenomenon.
