Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a client application information feedback method and device, a client and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: determining a service type fed back by a user according to a user operation instruction; receiving feedback information of a user for the service type, and packaging the feedback information and the service type into a feedback file; and sending the feedback file to a background server corresponding to the service type to enable background personnel to process the feedback file. The method simplifies a client problem feedback approach, improves the processing efficiency of the client to the client feedback information, and further improves the user experience of the client. 本文提供了一种客户端应用信息反馈方法、装置、客户端及设备,所述方法包括:根据用户操作指令,确定用户反馈的业务类型;接收用户针对所述业务类型的反馈信息,并将所述反馈信息和所述业务类型打包成反馈文件;将所述反馈文件发送至与所述业务类型对应的后台服务器,以使后台人员对所述反馈文件进行处理,本文简化了客户问题反馈途径,提高了客户对客户反馈信息的处理效率,进而提升了客户的用户体验。
