The method comprises the following steps of firstly, arranging power supply electrodes A1 and B1 outside the pollutant landfill, and measuring the potential difference of measuring electrodes inside the pollutant landfill; power supply electrodes A2 and B2 being arranged in the pollutant landfill, and the potential difference of the measuring electrodes in the pollutant landfill being measured; and calculating differential leakage judgment parameters of all measuring points by using a corresponding algorithm, drawing a related map, analyzing according to a rule for judging a leakage point, judging whether leakage exists in the pollutant landfill, and if leakage exists, obtaining a plane coordinate position of the leakage point.
