The method comprises the following steps: controlling three unmanned aerial vehicles to surround a to-be-measured target; calibrating the cameras on the three unmanned aerial vehicles in real time to obtain calibrated measurement cameras; based on a binocular intersection measurement principle and the calibrated measurement camera, carrying out pose measurement on a to-be-measured target; wherein LED marker lamps are arranged on the three unmanned aerial vehicles, the three unmanned aerial vehicles are located on the same horizontal plane, and the to-be-detected target is located in the center of a triangle defined by the three unmanned aerial vehicles.
