Cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of soaking and padding fibers in a crosslinking bath solution; taking out the soaked fibers, and pressing redundant water to be dry, so that the water content of the fibers is 50-66%; putting the fibers into a crimping machine, and crimping the fibers; enabling the curled fibers to be subjected to microwave heating curing; and finally, washing, oiling and drying the fibers to obtain a finished product of the cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber. According to the cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the regenerated cellulose fiber with permanent crimp is obtained through processes such as mechanical crimp and the like while the physical properties of the regenerated cellulose fiber are not changed basically.
