Harmless detoxification treatment of aluminum nitride and fluoride toxic components in secondary aluminum ash is achieved through the means of burdening, mixed grinding, roasting, tail gas absorption treatment and the like, and an obtained high-aluminum slag initial product can serve as a high-quality raw material in the industries of aluminum oxide production, refractory material preparation and the like; and the fluorine-containing tail gas passes through an absorption part and is stably cured to obtain harmless fluorine residues, and meanwhile, the recycling of absorption liquid is realized.
