According to the technical scheme, the special material comprise the following raw materials: propylene, a hindered amine antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, an antacid, a liquid antistatic agent, an activating agent, a main catalyst and an electron donor. The special material is prepared by the following method: carrying out pre-refining and security refining of the raw material propylene; preparing a polymerization main catalyst, preparing and conveying an electron donor, and metering and conveying an activating agent; carrying out pre-polymerization and polymerization reaction; performing high-low pressure flash evaporation degassing; steaming and drying the polymer; conveying the powder, extruding and granulating; and homogenizing and packaging the product.
