Zusammenfassung: | The invention is applicable to the technical field of dielectric ceramics, and discloses a low-dielectric magnesium silicate microwave dielectric ceramic material. The material comprises a main component and a modifying additive, the main component is MgSiO4, and x is equal to 0-0.5; and the modifying additive is a combination of at least two of Al2O3, Bi2O3, CaTiO3, TiO2, ZrO2, SnO2, Sm2O3, B2O3 and LiF. The invention also provides a method for preparing the low-dielectric magnesium silicate microwave dielectric ceramic material. The low-dielectric magnesium silicate microwave dielectric ceramic material has the advantages of high thermal shock resistance, adjustable dielectric constant, high quality factor and near-zero temperature coefficient of resonance frequency.
