Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a cordierite-based ultralow-density high-strength petroleum fracturing propping agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, talc, kaolin and high-plasticity clay are used as main raw materials, and the cordierite-based ultralow-density high-strength petroleum fracturing propping agent which is good in sphericity (larger than 0.9),apparent density ranging from 2.35 g/cm to 2.65 g/cm , volume density ranging from 1.15 g/cm to 1.45 g/cm , and the breakage rate of the propping agent under the pressure of 69 MPa being smaller than 9%can be prepared through a series of technological processes of wet ball milling, spray granulation, rolling ball granulation, green body screening, high-temperature sintering, and sintered product screening.
