Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a wearing set for relieving or treating dysmenorrhea. The wearing set is worn at the Sanyinjiao acupoint of the ankle and comprises an acupoint stimulator and a traditional Chinese medicine patch which are matched for use. The acupoint stimulator is provided with an electrical stimulation device and a fixing assembly for fixing the electrical stimulation device. The electrical stimulation device comprises an electrode plate unit and an electrode plate fixing shell for installing the electrode plate unit, wherein mounting holes for mounting the electrode plate units are formed in the electrode plate fixing shell, an electric heating piece and an electrical stimulation controller are arranged in the electrode plate fixing shell, and the output end of the electrical stimulation controller is connected with the electrode plate units and the electric heating piece; and the fixing assembly comprises a sticker used for installing the electrical stimulation device and fixing belts arranged at t
