Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a supporting needle, a supporting piece and an alignment film pre-baking device. The supporting needle comprises a supporting column, a supporting needle head and a heat insulation section. The heat insulation section is connected with the supporting column and the supporting needle head, and the heat insulation section is used for restraining heat conduction between the supporting column and the supporting needle head. The supporting needle is provided with the heat insulation section for restraining heat conduction between the supporting column and the supporting needle head, and the heat insulation section can restrain heat transfer between the supporting column and the supporting needle head. After the supporting column close to a heating plate is heated, heat can be hardly transferred to the supporting needle head of a supporting substrate. In the pre-curing process of an alignment film solution, the temperature of the supporting needle head is low and the substra
