The construction method comprises the steps of S1, setting base points, specifically, setting a base point at each of the two sides of the thin-wall pier; s2, determining the horizontal distance of each point: calculating the horizontal distance from each base point to each control point on CAD software according to the coordinates of the 1 # base point and the 2 # base point and the design coordinates of four control points, namely a 1 # control point, a 2 # control point, a 3 # control point and a 4 # control point, on the thin-wall pier; and S3, performing template checking though the two-point horizontal distance method.
