The shell device comprises a machine frame, a base, an upper seat, a baffle, a magnetic plate, an ultraviolet lamp and a spring, vertical plates are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the machine frame, and a through material frame hole is formed in the middle of the two vertical plates.
