Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates the field of biomedical engineering materials, in particular to a nano preparation for targeted cardiac repair and a preparation method thereof. The nano preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of pterostilbene, 0.5-2 parts of arginine modified to copherylpolyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS-Arg), 1-3 parts of coenzyme Q10, 1-3 parts of soybean lecithin, 60-80 parts of glycerol, and 20-30 parts of deionized water. The nano preparation is a novel nano carrier material (coenzyme Q10-NEs-TPGS-Arg) developed by taking the pterostilbene as a drug model, and can repair myocardium in a targeted way. Thus, the purpose of increasing drug concentration at a lesion location is achieved.
