Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an oxygen reduction cathode for preparing carbon-loaded nano MnO2 from an NH3.H2O medium and an MFC. Nanometer MnO2 is loaded on a carbon-based material by using the carbon-based material such as a pretreated carbon brush, a pretreated carbon felt, a pretreated carbon cloth, a pretreated carbon paper and the like. The treatment method of the loaded nano MnO2 comprises the following steps: 1) adding a KMnO4 solution with the same volume and the concentration of 0.01-0.05 mol/L into a mixed solution medium of NH3.H2O and NaNO3 by using a peristaltic pump; 2) putting the pretreated carbon-based material into a mixed solution of NH3.H2O and KMnO4, and loading nano MnO2 generated by reducing the KMnO4 by the NH3.H2O on the carbon-based material.
