PPG signal-based phase-space reconstruction identity recognition method

The invention provides a PPG signal-based phase-space reconstruction identity recognition method. The method comprises the following steps of 1) collecting a PPG signal; 2) preprocessing the signal obtained in the step 1); 3) extracting a high-quality waveform of the signal in the step 2); 4) solving the optimal delay time by adopting a mutual information method; 5) solving a minimum embedded dimension by adopting a Cao method to realize phase space reconstruction of the signal; (6) searching a chaotic attractor in a phase space; (7) extracting feature points according to morphological features of the attractor; and (8) carrying out classification and identification by utilizing an integrated learning algorithm. 本发明提出了一种基于PPG信号的相空间重构身份识别方法，包括以下步骤：步骤1）采集PPG信号；步骤2）对步骤1）获取的信号进行预处理；步骤3）提取步骤2）信号的优质波形；步骤4）采用互信息法求最佳延迟时间；步骤5）采用Cao方法求最小嵌入维数实现信号的相空间重构；步骤6）在相空间中寻找混沌吸引子；步骤7）根据吸引子形态特征提取特征点；步骤8）利用集成学习算法进行分类识别，本发明提高了身份识别的正确率和安全性。
