Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a cobalt oxide-based magnetic oxide film and a preparation method and application thereof, the magnetic oxide film is composed of a superlattice structure formed by alternately growing a first material layer and a second material layer, the first material layer is LaCoO3, and the second material layer is SrCuO2. The preparation method comprises the step of alternately depositing on the single crystal substrate by using a pulse laser deposition technology to form the superlattice structure consisting of the LaCoO3 layers and the SrCuO2 layers. The method is easy to operate, high in repeatability and not affected by the external environment.
