Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-cost neutralization and dust removal treatment method before oxidation of aluminum and aluminum alloy. The method comprises the following steps of S1, adding water and acid with required volume into a neutralization tank; S2, gradually adding ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide into the neutralizing tank in the S1 in proportion, mixing, and uniformly stirring to form an ash removal agent; and S3, finally, performing reaction on alkali on the aluminum profile subjected to alkali washing and ash existing on the surface by using the ash removing agent in the S2, and completing treatment.
