The construction method comprises the following steps: irradiating a marked area of the skin of a healthy to-be-tested object by utilizing a blackening principle of a blackening lamp, irradiating once every 48 hours within two weeks, inducing skin pigmentation at the marked position, and then testing the MI value, L * value and ITA degree of the skin of the tested object.
