Zusammenfassung:	An air foil journal bearing of the present invention is capable of preventing abrasion of foils and reducing vibration, and the air foil journal bearing has a surface treatment layer capable of reducing friction formed on one of the outer circumferential surface of a first top foil that is arranged on the innermost side and the outer circumferential surface of a second top foil which is arranged immediately outside the first top foil, thereby supporting a load in the radial direction of a rotor. 本发明涉及一种箔片空气滑动轴承，该箔片空气滑动轴承在配置在最内侧的第一顶箔的外周面以及配置在第一顶箔的紧外侧的第二顶箔的内周面中的任意一方形成有能够减少的摩擦的表面处理层，从而能够防止以支撑转子的半径方向载荷的方式构成的箔片空气滑动轴承的箔片的磨损，并且能够减少振动。
