Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a low-voltage-driven flexible light-emitting device and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) spraying a silver nanowire solution on hydrophobic glass, and drying to complete the setting of a conductive silver layer; (2) spin-coating a substrate solution on the surface of the conductive silver layer obtained in the step (1), and drying to complete the arrangement of a flexible substrate layer; (3) spin-coating luminous layer slurry on the surface of the conductive silver layer relative to the flexible substrate layer, and performing heat treatment to obtain a luminous layer; and (4) spraying the silver nanowire solution on the surface of the luminescent layer obtained in the step (3), and drying to complete the setting of the conductive silver layer.
