Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a thin-film solar cell module prepared by adopting a stacking technology. The thin-film solar cell module comprises a top surface glass layer, a slitting chip layer and a back plate glass layer which are stacked in sequence, wherein the slitting chip layer is a low-voltage slitting chip layer prepared by alternately stacking thin-film solar cell chips and stacking blocks. The thin-film solar cell module prepared by adopting the stacking technology is relatively low in voltage, and potential safety hazards can be effectively reduced. 本发明公开了一种采用叠拼技术制备的薄膜太阳能电池组件,包括依次层叠的顶面玻璃层、分切芯片层、背板玻璃层;所述分切芯片层为薄膜太阳能电池芯片与叠拼块交替叠拼制备而成低电压的分切芯片层。本发明的采用叠拼技术制备的薄膜太阳能电池组件的电压较低,能有效的降低安全隐患。
