The high-magnetism wear-resistant spallation target ball is composed of a ball core, a magnetic layer, a transition layer and a wear-resistant layer, wherein the magnetic layer, the transition layer and the wear-resistant layer sequentially cover the ball core from inside to outside, and the ball core is a tungsten-nickel-iron alloy ball or a beryllium ball. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: sequentially coating the magnetic layer, the transition layer and the wear-resistant layer outside the ball core to obtain the high-magnetism wear-resistant spallation target ball.
