The air spring comprises an upper cover plate and a bearing piece opposite to the upper cover plate, an air bag is arranged between the upper cover plate and the bearing piece, and a limiting device for limiting overshoot of the air bag is arranged in the air bag; the limiting device comprises at least one flexible hinge, one end of the flexible hinge is fixed to the upper cover plate, and the other end of the flexible hinge is fixed to the bearing piece.
