PH/illumination double-response antibacterial hydrogel microspheres and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses pH/illumination dual-response antibacterial hydrogel microspheres and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: preparing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) stabilized porous polystyrene (PS) microspheres, obtaining PS/Ag composite microspheres on the porous PS microspheres through in-situ reduction of AgNO3, preparing o-nitrobenzyl acrylate modified glucan to serve as a main raw material of hydrogel, and finally, embedding the PS/Ag composite microspheres and up-conversion nanoparticles into the antibacterial hydrogel microspheres by using a microfluidic method while the hydrogel is formed to obtain the pH/illumination dual-response antibacterial hydrogel microspheres.
