The connecting pipe is provided with an air nozzle, the medicine box is provided with a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe communicates with a runner pipe, the runner pipe is provided with water spraying pipes, and the runner pipe is rotationally connected with rotating shafts. Each rotating shaft is provided with a rotating blade and a first cam, each first cam is in sliding connection with a connecting rod, and each connecting
