Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a titanium alloy pipe welding method. According to the welding method, for a pipe of which the two ends are welding ends, when a first welding end is welded, a first inflation hole and a second welding end are in a blocked state, an inner cavity of the pipe is filled with inert gas through a second inflation hole for exhausting air in the inner cavity of the pipe, and after the air is exhausted, arc welding is started to perform on the first welding end; and when the second welding end is welded, the second inflation hole and the first welding end are in a blocked state, the inner cavity of the pipe is inflated with inert gas through the first inflation hole so that air in the inner cavity of the pipe can be exhausted, and after the air is exhausted, arc welding is started to be conducted on the second welding end.
