Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an In2S3 (at) CdS: Yb, Er catalyst as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing InCl3.4H2O, Cd (NO3)2.4 H2O and KSCN powder, fully grinding, heating to obtain a first solid solution, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and drying to obtain an In2S3-coated CdS heterojunction catalyst; and weighing rare earth element compounds Yb (NO3) 3.6 H2O and Er (NO3) 3.5 H2O, adding the In2S3-coated CdS, fully grinding, heating to obtain a second solid solution, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to finally obtain the rare earth ion co-doped In2S3-coated CdS: Yb, Er catalyst. The In2S3-coated CdS: Yb, Er catalyst prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can be used for improving the CO2 reducing capacity and the degradation efficiency of inorganic pollutants.
