The method comprises the following steps of calculating the sum P1 of active power of all generator sets in a new energy station, determining an active power instruction P0 and rated active power Pe of the current new energy station, calculating the active power change rate VP of the current new energy station, setting an active power change dead zone deltaP, calculating the absolute value |P1-P0| of the active power deviation, if |P1-P0| is greater than deltaP, enabling the generator set to increase or decrease the active power towards the P0 direction, and issuing an active power change instruction to the inverter at regular time until the absolute value of the active power deviation is smaller than an active power change dead zone deltaP. The method can reasonably calculate the load variation per minute according to the capacity of the new energy station, issues an instruction to a fan or an inverter
