The system comprises a target frame, a sample frame is connected onto the target frame, a magnetic induction coil is wound outside the sample frame, the magnetic induction coil is connected with a high-frequency heating system and a water cooling system, and a sample temperature measuring system and a sample speed measuring system are arranged on the outer side of the sample frame at an interval. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a dynamic impact experiment method based on high-frequency induction preheating.
