The air temperature type vaporizer comprises a plurality of fins and a plurality of vaporizing pipes, the heads and the tails of the vaporizing pipes communicate with a low-temperature liquid inlet and a gas outlet correspondingly, and the multiple rows of fins are connected in the vertical direction of the vaporizing pipes. Flow guide grooves or hydrophilic fiber bundles for conveying dew are arranged on the surfaces of the upper parts of the fins and the surfaces of the portions, between the vaporizing pipes, of the fins, and the flow guide grooves extend into dew collecting devices on the two sides of the fins.
