The molecular identification method provided by the invention mainly comprises the following steps of: extracting whole genome DNA from a sample; taking the DNA sample as a template, amplifying a fragment containing an ITS2 sequence, and carrying out HRM-PCR analysis on the fragment; and distinguishing the medicinal materials Microctis Folium and Microcos chungii according to the difference of an ITS2-HRM curve.
