Conductive rubber composition and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a conductive rubber composition and a preparation method thereof. The conductive rubber composition comprises 100 parts of rubber, 40-120 parts of carbon black and/or white carbon black, 1-20 parts of modified carbon nanotubes, 1-50 parts of a softening agent, 1-15 parts of a functional aid and 1-20 parts of a vulcanizing agent, wherein the functional aid is a fatty acid ammonium salt compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding modified carbon nanotubes into a softening agent to prepare a suspension, dispersing the suspension and a functional aid into a rubber, adding other components, mixing, and vulcanizing to obtain the conductive rubber composition.
