Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of vertically-oriented graphene taking waste oil as a raw material and without an external gas carbon source and a product of the vertically-oriented graphene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) treating a substrate material; (2)putting the base material obtained in the step (1) into a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction cavity, heating and vacuumizing the cavity, wherein the heating temperature is 500-700 DEG C, and the plasma source is an inductively coupled plasma; (3) introducing argon, and carrying out plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction to obtain vertical-oriented graphene; and (4) cooling the vertical orientation graphene to obtain the vertical-oriented graphene material. 本发明公开了一种以废弃油为原料的无外加气体碳源的垂直取向石墨烯的制备方法及其产品。制备方法包括步骤:(1)对基底材料进行处理;(2)将废弃油和步骤(1)得到的基底材料放入等离子体增强化学气相沉积反应腔内,对腔体进行加热以及抽真空处理,加热温度为500~700℃,等离子体源为电感耦合等离子体;(3)通入氩气,经过等离子体增强化学气相沉积反应后得到垂直石取向石墨烯;(4)对垂直取向石墨烯进行冷却降温,得到垂直取向石墨烯材料。
