The manufacturing method of the flexible display device comprises the following steps that firstly, a flexible substrate and a joint structure are provided, and the joint structure is arranged on the flexible substrate; then, an anisotropic conductive film is provided on the bonding structure; a driving circuit is provided on the anisotropic conductive film; and the anisotropic conductive film is cured, wherein the bonding temperature of the anisotropic conductive film is greater than or equal to 140 DEG C and less than or equal to 165 DEG C.
