Image comparison method and system

The invention relates to an image comparison method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first picture and a second picture; removing each target object in the first picture to obtain a first scene graph corresponding to the first picture; generating each second region which is the same as each first region in position and size on the second picture, and removing each second region in the second picture to obtain a second scene graph corresponding to the second picture; and performing similarity calculation on the first scene graph and the second scene graph to obtain a calculation result, and comparing the calculation result with a preset threshold to judge whether the first picture and the second picture are the same scene picture or not. According to the method, the problems that an uploaded picture cannot ensure that an effective field picture cannot be shot during field review of an urban management event, and an auditor is difficult to identify whether the field processed pi
