The strength-controllable cement soil composite pile comprises a peripheral cement soil pile, wherein a core pile precast pile is arranged in the peripheral cement soil pile; the bottom of the core pile precast pile is connected with a connecting plate; a grouting bag comprises a grouting pipe; and the grouting pipe is in threaded connection with the connecting plate.
