The invention provides a supporting device for a photoelectric detection switch of a stacking machine. The supporting device comprises a base, a screw rod, an adjusting nut, a positioning nut and a mounting plate. The mounting plate comprises a vertical plate connected with the photoelectric detection switch and a transverse plate vertically connected with the lower end of the vertical plate, and the transverse plate and the vertical plate jointly form an L-shaped structure. A through hole is formed in the transverse plate, and the base is located below the through hole.
