Offshore oil and gas output system

The invention discloses an offshore oil and gas output system which comprises an oil and gas production platform, a floating hose and a shuttling transportation tanker, and the floating hose is communicated with an oil and gas output port of the oil and gas production platform and an oil and gas input port of the shuttling transportation tanker for oil and gas transportation; the system further comprises a fixing device used for limiting drifting of the floating hose. The device comprises anti-oscillation cables, a fair lead and quick unhooking hooks.
