Online quick replacement device and method for movable bearings of belt wrapper

The invention relates to an online quick replacement device and method for moving bearings of a belt wrapper. The device comprises the wrapper, the four moving bearings, a left track and a right track, the four moving bearings are arranged at the front ends and the rear ends of the left side and the right side of the wrapper respectively, the moving bearings are arranged in the tracks, and the wrapper moves back and forth through stretching of an oil cylinder connected to the wrapper. The tracks are in a split type and are divided into front section tracks and rear section tracks, the front section tracks and the rear section tracks are detachable and are connected and fixed through track connecting plates, when the front-end movable bearing needs to be replaced, the wrapper is stopped on the rear section tracks, the front section tracks are detached, the movable wrapper is moved forwards in an inching mode to expose the corresponding front end movable bearing, and then a new bearing can be rapidly replaced.
