Zusammenfassung:Provided are: a laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin layer, an electorconductive layer, and a substrate in the stated order, the thermoplastic resin layer having a moisture permeability of 5 g/m2.24 h or less and having a storage elastic modulus at 25 DEG C of 1300 MPa or less, and the electroconductive layer including at least one element selected from among Sn, Pb, Ag, Cu, and Au; and a circular polarizer, a display device, and a touch panel that include the laminate. Also provided is a method for producing the laminate. The thermoplastic resin layer preferably includes a polymer having a silyl group.
