The modularized DC/DC battery energy storage system comprises DC/DC boost units, a BCU detection protection unit, battery PACK units, a DC circuit breaker QF1 maintenance protection switch, a BAMS general control unit and an AC/DC bidirectional conversion unit, the set number of the DC/DC boost units corresponds to the set number of the battery PACK units, the DC/DC boost units are respectively connected with the battery PACK units, the battery PACK units are connected in parallel with a certain number of battery PACK units and then connected in series with the same number of battery PACK units, a neutral line is led out, positive, negative and neutral lines are connected to the AC/DC bidirectional commutation unit with the neutral line, the DC/DC boost unit is provided with an isolation transformer, the isolation transformer is used for isolating the battery PACK units from other external circuits, and the BCU detection protection uni
