The array substrate comprises a substrate and a driving element, and the driving element is arranged on the substrate. The optical structure is embedded in the array substrate, and the optical structure and the array substrate form a first accommodating space. The light-emitting element is arranged in the first accommodating space and is electrically connected with the driving element, wherein the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting element faces the optical structure.
