Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a self-charging supercapacitor and a preparation method thereof. The self-charging supercapacitor comprises a first flexible substrate, a first electrode, a ZnO piezoelectric nano generator, a second electrode and a second flexible substrate which are arranged in sequence, and further comprises a solid electrolyte, wherein the first electrode, the ZnO piezoelectric nano generator and the second electrode are all arranged in the solid electrolyte; the first electrode and the second electrode are both composed of a plurality of ZnO nanorods with NiO nanosheets growing on the surfaces. The self-charging supercapacitor is high in device integration level and small in energy transmission loss, the device optimized based on ZnO is excellent in performance and simple in preparation process, and the flexible substrate and the non-toxic and harmless ZnO nanostructure are very suitable for wearable electronic products.
