The method comprises the steps: determining a relative pose relation between a camera and a projection recognition system in advance, carrying out the preliminary positioning of a projected object through the camera, enabling a laser projection recognition system to be capable of positioning the projected object under the condition of no person, and carrying out the real-time correction of the projected object. According to the method, the camera is further used for monitoring the pose of the projected object in real time, and when it is found that the pose of the projected object is changed, the projection recognition system is prompted immediately to automatically guide and position the projected object again, so that the aim of automatically determining the relative pose between the projection recognition system and the projected object is fulfilled.
