Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for arranging hot air guide pipes for blast furnace drying. The change characteristics of a hot flow field in the blast furnace drying process are considered, a definite method is given to determine the distribution number of ring belts of each hot air guide pipe and the distribution principle of the hot air guide pipes on each ring belt, then the hot air guide pipes are reasonably arranged on the section of a blast furnace hearth, and uniform heating of a hearth brick lining in the furnace drying process is achieved. By means of the method, hearth refractory materials are uniformly heated in the furnace drying process, and the furnace drying effect is improved. 本发明公开了一种高炉烘炉热风导管的布置方法,考虑了高炉烘炉过程中热流场的变化特点,给出了明确的方法确定每个热风导管环带分布数量,以及每个环带上热风导管的分布原则,进而在高炉炉缸截面上合理布局热风导管,实现烘炉过程中炉缸砖衬的均匀加热,该发明的应用可有效保证烘炉过程中炉缸耐材均匀受热,提高烘炉效果。
