Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of a single nucleotide polymorphism marker of a goat PRNT gene in early character selection. Goat whole genomic DNA is taken as a template, partial fragments of the goat PRNT gene are amplified through PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), and the polymorphism of a g.149C>T mutation site in the goat population was identified by sequencing. According to a correlation analysis result, the genotype of the single nucleotide polymorphism site of the PRNT gene is remarkably related to the chest circumference and chest breadth of the goat, and can be used for quickly establishing a goat group with excellent genetic resources, so that the breeding process can be accelerated through early marker-assisted selection of goat characters.
本发明公开了一种山羊PRNT基因单核苷酸多态性标记在性状早期选择中的应用。以山羊全基因组DNA为模板,通过PCR扩增山羊PRNT基因部分片段,通过测序鉴定该基因的g.149C>T突变位点在山羊群体中的多态性。根据关联分析结果,PRNT基因的这一单核苷酸多态性位点的基因型与山羊的胸围、胸宽极显著相关,可用于快速建立遗传资源优良的山羊群体,从而可以通过山羊性状的早期标记辅助选择加快育种进程。 |
